Change the backend language

1. Go to the Extension Manager? to find out which translations you need. You need to search for the menu Translation Handling?
2. In the Extension Manager? you need to transfer the new translations to your server
3. While still in Extension Manager? you need to add the new language
4. Then you can switch the language from the User Settings module
