How to restrict editing of a certain page to administrators only

If you want to restrict the editing of a certain page in TYPO3 to the admin users only then you should go to the Access module? and in the Permissions? section you will be able to use Lock to lock the page for non-admin users. By doing this non-admin Backend user?'s will not be able to edit the page.
