Recursive delete

If you try to delete pages which have subpages then by default you will receive a waring Attempt to delete pages which has subpages and the deletion will fail.

In order not to get this warning and proceed with the delete Recursive delete must be explicitly activated.

This can be done in two ways:

1. In the User Settings module by checking the Recursive Delete checkbox
2. Adding the recursiveDelete option to the User TSconfig?
